Charles Koetting was a successful entrepreneur who began his career as an industrial general contractor. His educational background in economics, along with his keen business sense, allowed him to recognize the potential of a small aluminum recycling facility. Through his vision, C-KOE Metals became a predominant source of high purity aluminum for users around the world. Charles was the driving force behind the company’s long-term business relationships, the recruitment and retention of highly qualified staff, and its steady financial growth. In addition to C-KOE Metals, Charles founded more than 35 other successful enterprises in property development, construction, and manufacturing.

As part of the CKOE atmosphere since the mid-1980s, Jake has witnessed the company’s steady growth, as well as the transition from scrap recycling to high-purity aluminum pellet and bar production. Before officially joining CKOE in 2019, Jake set out to garner as much diverse professional experience as possible. Throughout his career, Jake has successfully launched, owned, and operated several businesses. Now as CEO, Jake is proud to take an active, hands-on approach to all aspects of the business, including production, procurement, equipment innovation, employee relations, and sales. He draws on all of his experiences to take CKOE to the next level.

Donielle is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in various aspects of the aluminum pellet industry. Since joining CKOE in 2016, she has played key roles in procurement, inventory management, shipping, customer service, and quality assurance. Her commitment to quality and growth has been instrumental in the company’s success, including achieving ISO certification. As President, Donielle’s leadership continues to drive C-KOE Metals’ excellence and global impact.

Jose has more than 12 years of sales and commercial experience across industrial manufacturing and business services. As Head of Sales at C-KOE Metals, Jose works closely with customers to understand their requirements, learn what matters most to their process, and determine where C-KOE’s products and capabilities are the right fit. He serves as a primary point of contact for customers and coordinates with C-KOE’s production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to help move requirements from initial discussion through production and delivery. Prior to joining C-KOE Metals, Jose worked in business development and operated an independent insurance and financial services practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
